Care Worker (Full-Time) Recruitment

We are seeking staff members to support patients in their daily activities, ensuring they feel safe and comfortable during their stay in the hospital ward.

Job Responsibilities

  • Diaper changing
  • Assisting with changing clothes
  • Meal assistance
  • Organizing and maintaining the bedside environment

Position Details

  • Employment Type: Full-time (Applicants must be under 60 years old)
  • Working Hours: 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (1.5-hour break)
  • Work Schedule: Shift system (two days off per week)
  • Salary: From 232,000 yen (based on 20 working days)
  • Holidays / Leave: Paid leave, summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays
